Meet our exclusive chef and founder of Elle 7 Catering, Chef Joelle Fouse. Chef Joelle graduated from culinary school in 2012 and has over 15 years of catering and cooking experience. Having been in the industry for over 10 years, founded Elle 7 Catering back in 2014. Chef Joelle prides herself on building each dish from scratch in a fresh-never-frozen mindset. She can cater to numerous event types, including being a private chef for a small group event. Interested in learning how to cook?
